8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The Clog Store Canada uses an international fulfillment network.
Depending on product availability, inventory location, destination, logistics, and operational requirements, your order may be fulfilled and shipped from Canada, the United States, or China.

Orders containing multiple products may be fulfilled separately or arrive in more than one package.
Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits cancellation, refund, or other rights that may arise under applicable consumer protection legislation because of delayed or failed delivery.
9. INTERNATIONAL FULFILLMENT
Because some orders may be fulfilled outside Canada, an order may travel internationally before delivery in Canada.
Any applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, or similar amounts will be handled or disclosed as required by applicable law and our Shipping Policy.
10. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The Clog Store Canada offers a voluntary 30-day return policy for eligible products.
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered, subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.
Customers must contact us before returning a product.
Our fulfillment locations are not automatically return addresses.
Our voluntary return policy is in addition to any mandatory consumer rights or statutory remedies available under applicable Canadian law.
11. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
